The service

SangamIQ is a supply-chain planning service. We provide the platform; you bring your data and your judgment. These terms are a plain-language summary pending the counsel-reviewed agreement.

Plans and the free-tier promise

Starter is free, and stays free — we may fair-use cap abuse, but we will never retroactively charge you for a tier that was free when you used it. Paid plans are billed with a GST invoice to your registered entity.

Decisions stay human

SangamIQ recommends; you decide. Every recommendation carries its arithmetic and a trust badge so you can accept, modify or override it. Nothing is executed on your behalf without your approval, and maker-checker means a second person signs material change.

Forecasts are probabilistic

A forecast is an estimate with uncertainty, not a promise about the future. We show you the accuracy, including where we are wrong (live), and we refuse to forecast where we cannot do so honestly. You remain responsible for your operational decisions.

Your data

Your data is yours. You can export all of it — xlsx or CSV — at any time. We do not hold it hostage; the exit door is a feature. On termination you may take a full export before deletion per the retention schedule.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to breach the isolation between workspaces. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

Liability, warranties, governing law

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; our liability is limited as the final agreement will specify. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? Email us.
