The path, answered.

My data quality is messy — will it work?
The importer runs quality checks and tells you what it found before anything is planned. Bad rows are named, not silently dropped. You fix at the source; the model waits.
I have no history for a new SKU.
Then we refuse to forecast it — until you declare an analogue predecessor. The launch curve is borrowed honestly, badged ▲E estimated, and graded against reality later.
Do you handle multiple locations?
Yes, from the Growth plan: a real multi-echelon network with conserved netting, deployment and rough-cut capacity. Starter is single-location.
What about my ERP?
Approved plans export as xlsx / CSV on every plan. On Scale, SangamIQ round-trips with SAP ECC — file or RFC per object, only mapped fields in, document numbers back.
What does “refuse” actually mean?
It means we show a designed refusal screen instead of a number we cannot defend — below nine months of history, or when nothing beats naïve. A blank we can explain beats a guess we cannot.
Is my data safe?
Each workspace is physically isolated, data is resident in India, and our posture is written down. See the security page and our DPDP page.
