What we process
On this website: nothing that identifies you. Our marketing pages set no cookies and run first-party, cookieless analytics — anonymous, day-rotating counts with no cross-day identity and IP truncated at ingest.
When you contact us: the details you type into a form — your email, and optionally a name, segment and note — used only to reply and to understand which page brought you. Nothing more.
Inside the product: your supply-chain data, processed to produce your plan. For that data you are the Data Fiduciary and SangamIQ is the Processor. See our DPDP page.
What we deliberately do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data. Ever.
- We do not profile visitors or build cross-site advertising identities.
- We do not run third-party trackers or shadow-track you around the web.
- We ask for supply-chain data, not personal data about your customers or staff.
Your rights in the product
Access, correction, export and erasure are first-class. You can export everything you put in — xlsx or CSV — at any time, on any plan. Erasure is honored per the retention schedule and applicable law.
Data residency & security
Customer data is stored and processed in India, in a physically isolated workspace per tenant. See Security for the posture, including the controls we have not yet built.
