SangamIQ is planning software for teams who outgrew spreadsheets but never signed up for a seven-figure suite. The product thesis is one sentence: trust is the inventory. These are the standing refusals that protect it — written down so you can hold the product to them.
Every figure can show its work: trace, formula, inputs, their history. If a number can’t explain itself, it doesn’t ship. (Law 1)
Every figure carries its rung — measured, computed, estimated, or assumed. There is no setting that hides the badges. (Law 2)
Disagree with any forecast in one click — with a reason code. Your call is then graded against reality exactly like ours, and you see the score. (Law 7)
Below nine months of history we refuse, name the reason, and say what would change the answer. A confident guess is not a service.
A language model may one day help phrase an explanation. It will never compute a quantity, a date, or an amount. A confident wrong number in supply chain is a real invoice.
Assumptions expire. A lead time nobody has confirmed in a year gets struck through in red everywhere it appears, and the plan says so. (Law 8)
Our live graded accuracy — including misses and refusals — is public at /accuracy. If we stop publishing it, ask why.
Every capability ships provisioned-but-dark and is switched on when it has earned its evidence, not when a launch date says so. What's dark is listed as plainly as what's lit:
| Stage | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Live today | Forecast tournament with holdout FVA (network + per-node) · planning families with conserved mix disaggregation · analogue launch curves & supersession splicing · scheme calendar with realized-uplift grades · inventory policies + replay simulator + ABC-XYZ + E&O ageing · 10-node echelon netting with returns netting at the leaf · deployment with fair-share traces, truck slabs, 48h freeze and four-eyes release · rough-cut capacity with a plant-owned calendar, priced pre-builds and CTO assembly load · multi-level MRP with pegging · maker-checker on human numbers · secondary-sales divergence · nightly digest · ranked alert inbox · deterministic Assist · receipts ledger · drift-watch · CSV + xlsx export · roles, per-module rights, flags, audit |
| Provisioned, dark — wave two dark | Connectors · multi-tenant · billing · shared plan snapshots |
| Provisioned, dark — wave three dark | Concurrent plan graph · named scenario branches with diffs · S&OP consensus |
| Provisioned, dark — wave four dark | Autopilot (only after the gauntlet retro-proves every engine — that order is not negotiable) · SSO/SOC2 |
| Provisioned, dark — wave five dark | Supplier portal: PO confirm loop, forecast commitments, two-sided scorecards |
| Deliberately deferred dark | Demand sensing (monthly grain until your cadence demands finer) · MEIO (single-echelon honesty beats multi-echelon fiction) · detailed production scheduling |
Sequencing rule behind the dark list: never ship the recommender before the thing that grades it. The receipts ledger shipped before scale; the gauntlet ships before the autopilot. Always in that order.
