SangamIQ compresses go-live to four moves. 1) Sign in — first run seeds a complete demo company so you can learn on realistic data. 2) Data & Import: download the CSV templates (products, locations, inventory, demand) and load your own — every row is validated with a line-by-line error report. 3) Forecast: one click backtests 7–13 candidate models per SKU and picks the winner by holdout WAPE; accuracy and forecast-value-add are shown, never hidden. 4) Replenishment: generate the 12-period plan, review proposals (MOQ, lot size and lead time already applied), approve, and export the CSV to your ERP or supplier.
The daily loop after go-live: Alerts (what changed?) → Assist (“what should I order this week”) → Replenishment (approve) → Forecast (override with reasons where you know better — every override is audited and measured).
